• Through the certification of personnel, processes and equipment, besides having a Liability Insurance Policy for $1,000,000.00 USD, but the policy may be expanded or increased at the customer’s request.

Quality

• Through the standardization of processes and “Just in Time” warranty.

On Time Delivery

• Through an adequate control of inventories in equipment, besides having an international network of strategic partners.

Fair Price

• Through the establishment of Customer – Supplier Agreements and the development of improvement projects.

Sustainability

We concentrate on the satisfaction of both internal and external customers, on improving our operations and elevating our competitiveness levels in the market place, complying with safety legislations that are becoming more and more strict, focusing on the protection of our Human Resources, the Environment and Sustainable Development.

As part of our strategic planning, in our quality model we have adopted the Social Responsibility concept in order to be able to reach our objectives within a framework of respect towards personnel, the community and the environment. The community plays a very important role in our Continuous Improvement process; we consider it one of our main customers; we aim to be recognized as a productive company that creates goods and jobs and that comprehensively contributes to its development by protecting ecosystems and actively participating in the following:

Social Development: Participation in the school of the community through an interrelation agreement; cultural, social and sports events with our workers and their families; family workshops where the workers’ wives, mothers and daughters are trained as micro-entrepreneurs.

Ecology: 3R’s Program: Recycling of oils and woods; Reuse of paper, cartridges and water; Reduction of energy consumption. Reforestation program in parks in the community; generation of compost through worm composting.

All our programs go through periodic evaluations as part of the improvement cycles in order to react and redirect, if necessary.
